Here at Morrison Digital Media, I strive to provide you with outstanding branding and website design. My goal with working with my clients is for them to fall in love with their finished projects and be 150% happy. I believe in a completely collaborative design process. This means working with you each step of the way so it’s not unique (no cookie cutting here!) for your business, but also a final brand and website design that you are emoji heart-filled eyes OBSESSED with! The information below helps meets my needs as your web designer, as well as mark boundaries and expectations as the client. I formal contract will be sent with a deposit if we are a good fit to work together on your project. I find it important that we be on the same page throughout this process and that begins with understanding and accepting the terms you see below alongside my Privacy Policy found here.

OFFICE HOURS

Monday – Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM (EST). Most responses will receive a reply within 24-48 hours. Evenings, weekends, and major holidays are spent away from technology, therefore you will only receive responses during business hours.

PLATFORMS I WORK WITH

At this time, I work with self-hosted WordPress websites exclusively.

THEMES + CUSTOMISATION

I work with either fully bespoke or already-established themes and customize them to match your business and branding. I can do a lot with the base-level theme, add coding, customisations, tweaks, and more to make it completely your own. At this time, I do also build websites 100% from scratch and customised them from top to bottom.

COMMUNICATION

All communication will mostly be done through email, the client portal, and your project (once booked) via Dubsado. We’ll have our discovery, kick-off, and launch meetings via Zoom, scheduled in advance. Please be aware that communication is key to the success of any project as I believe in a fully collaborative approach, therefore scheduling a project during times you are fully available and can commit to 100% is a requirement to work together.

BOOKING A PACKAGE / SERVICE

ONCE BOOKED

After our complimentary discovery call, and we both feel we are a good fit to work together, I will send out a personalized proposal for the services you are wanting which includes a contract and a place to make your deposit. The contract must be signed, and the deposit must be paid in full to be scheduled in my calendar. After those two things are handled, you’ll be booked and notified with more information about the next steps to prepare!

REFUNDS

Due to the type of service, there are no refunds and no exceptions.

CLOSING

Please treat me with the same respect you would expect to be treated and remember that I am a human with a family, friends, and a life outside of web designing. I reserve the right to refuse to work with you, for any reason, at any time.
